Welcome to my Website

My name is Chris VanBelle, I am not you're average suit and tie Realtor.  I have fun showing all properties from $10,000 bank owned properties to Million dollar water front dream homes.  I have sold homes from Brownstown to Caseville and am looking for my next satisfied client. I truly enjoy working with all facets of clients from the challenges of comforting first time home buyers, or negotiating for investors, move up and move down listings are a great task, as well as having the compassion and knowledge to help sell an estate for a family that has lost a loved one.  It is my goal to make the home buying selling experience as pleasurable from beginning to end, and when you walk in the right house you say "This feels like home!".

Personal Background

I have three magnificent children Brendon, Paige Skyy, and Hunter Grace.  I am an assistant  baseball coach, Soccer coach, WCR recording secretary, RPAC Comitee member, and Chair of the GMAR mamber engagement comittee. I currently live in the wonderful Charter Township Chesterfield MI, where I have grown up for a majority of my life graduating from L'anse Creuse High School North in 1996.

Community Involvement

I have volunteered for the Michigan Department of Natural Resources.  Along with hunting, the conservation of the game we take is very important to me.  I have spent time on the channel cat doing fish surveys, and banding geese as well.  I also support Breast cancer awareness, Lupus research, the kidney foundation, and Care House.

Personal Interests

My family and I are avid outdoors and fisher people.   There is nothing like spending the day with my family in the duck blind on Harsens Island, or fishing on Lake St.Clair.  I love my family, and this is what we do.  Nothing brings a family together like spending a little time outside, away from technology, and appreciate what the good lord has provided for us.
