THERE'S NO PLACE LIKE HOME!

Buying or selling a home is one of life's major events. I will be with you every step of the way in the purchase or sale of your home! I am dedicated to providing a smooth transition for my clients. My 24 years of experience ensures that I can provide the top-notch expertise you deserve!

Professional Background

I am a career professional with 24 years of experience in real estate. Experience is what serves my clients the best! Every transaction is unique and every buyer and seller deserves an experienced Realtor!

My clients have the benefit of my being a Licensed Builder in addition to being a Licensed Realtor. It is very helpful to have professional input when visiting the homes you are considering for your purchase. Your Inspectors and Contractors have the final say of course, but preliminary input is a great benefit!

I have truly enjoyed my many years in real estate and look forward to being your representative in your next real estate transaction. My team offers assistance with staging, financing, title work, moving and every other aspect of the real estate process.

Professional Interests

Ongoing education is of prime importance to me. Marketing, financing and legal updates are a part of my monthly schedule to better serve my clients with the latest information.

Community Involvement

I am a past committee person for two Oakland County Lincoln Day Dinners and am a member of the Bloomfield Women's Club. I also enjoy attending Detroit Economic Club meetings and local civic events. I have also participated in the packing of boxes to send to our troops overseas.

I am on the Board of Directors for Westchester Village Homeowner Association. Westchester Village is one of the most popular subdivisions in Bloomfield Township, comprising 461 homes with an average lot size of 1/2 acre and located less than 2 miles from downtown Birmingham.

Specialties

I am an expert in working with all buyers and sellers, whether it is their first purchase or many transactions later. My clients get accurate advice on preparing their home for sale to get the best price possible. Correct pricing is of utmost importance but you must also give your potential buyers a feast for their eyes! I show my clients how to achieve this with simple fixes and proper staging. My extensive experience also helps my clients in buying a new home. This is most likely the largest purchase of your life; I have the expertise to get you through it with solid advice and attention to every detail.

Market Conditions

The local market has improved vastly, making it a great time to buy or sell. I'm happy to report that interest rates are projected to remain low for several months and rising only slightly thereafter. Buyer demand remains high as the employment picture improves locally and nationally.

Mortgage Rates

Banks are still offering great mortgage rates for buyers, which is good news for both buyers and sellers. It is always easier for sellers to find a qualified buyer when rates are low. Down payment and credit requirements have been relaxed somewhat, which will attract more first time buyers and those with multiple job changes.
