Over the last 20 years as a professional, my passion has always been to take care of customers by identifying, understanding, confirming, and meeting their needs in a timely, accurate and positive manner.  As a result, I've had some of the most enjoyable customer experiences that have culminated into active relationships and referrals.  Meeting customers needs has been very gratifying and what motivates me be the best.
