Ready for "Show Time"?

Buyers looking at homes are very interested in how well a home has been maintained.  Wood trim and wood siding on homes should be painted every four to five years to protect them from Michigan snow and sun.  Roofs need to be replaced as needed to prevent any water issues in the home.  Yards, shrubs, and flower beds can really add to the first impression a buyer has. These are among several ways that your home is judged by potential buyers before they even walk in the front door.  Take a critical look at your home, and see how you "rate".
