Welcome to my Website
I was a Chemistry Teacher at a High School located in Orchard Lake, Michigan. I never sought out to be a teacher; however, after managing in the Automotive and Healthcare industries and being laid off three times in five years, I was open to just about anything. Fast forward 11 years later and although I loved my students and my job, I decided to pursue my true passion, Real Estate.
I excelled as a Chemistry teacher because I could take complex information, translate it and simplify it so others could understand. Using this skill, I am able to answer your questions by showing you data instead of telling you and you having to trust my opinion:
Question: Is March a good time to sell my home in Clarkston?
Answer: The buying pattern from the last two years indicate March is a good time to sell.
Question: Why didn't my home sell the last time I listed it with another agent?
Answer: The home was overpriced for the market at the initial listing price of $307,000. Even with subsequent price adjustments lowering the asking price to $275,000, the home was still overpriced for the market.
Whether you are selling your home, searching for your next home, or have any questions about the process – I look forward to simplifying the process and helping you. If I can be of any service please feel free to contact me at your convenience at email@example.com or by phone at 248-657-4006.
If you are searching for your next home, try our state-of-the-art map search. It allows you to search the entire market. Simply type the address, city, MLS ID, or just hit the search button to get started. The large format map allows you to click and drag, zoom in and view detailed information and photos for all properties currently listed on the MLS.
If you are selling your home, our state-of-the-art website will showcase your property with up to 50 high resolution photos! In addition to advertising your property on my own website, I will syndicate your listing to other real estate websites across the web.
This is Home. This is Where Awesomeness Happens!
