I have lived in the Rochester area for almost 30 years. I have been successfully listing and selling residential real estate on a full-time basis since 1993. Most of my business comes from people I know, both personally and professionally. I have an excellent reputation for providing competent and professional service, crating outstanding customer service at every point of contact.
I have been a full-time licensed agent since 1993, listing and selling residential properties in Oakland and Macomb counties. I am a consistent multi-million dollar producer.
Working with Sellers
My focus is to provide Sellers with a comprehensive Comparable Market Analysis, educating them about the market so they can appropriately pricing their home. I will also provide suggestions on how to prepare the property for the market. I then review a detailed marketing plan that will be executed for the property.
Every Seller may be assured of outstanding customer service at every point of contact during the transaction.
Working with Buyers
I like to have an initial Buyer orientation meeting with Buyers to discuss their wants and needs, and to also review agency disclosure and Buyer agency representation as is required by law. I also discuss the importance of mortgage pre-approval, when appropriate, and I am prepared to refer Buyers to several qualified lenders. Buyers are given a Buyer Orientation package as well.
Every Buyer may be assured of outstanding customer service at every point of contact.

I am a life-long resident of southeast Michigan. I grew up in Berkley, and I was the oldest of five children. While in college I began working for Burger King Corporation in their regional office in Bingham Farms. I eventually moved into a Human Resource Generalist position with that company and continued in that capacity until leaving the company in 1992.
My husband, Don, and I moved to Rochester Hills in 1984 with our three sons, Scott, Chad and Lee. My sons were students in the Rochester Community Schools, and I have many fond memories of Friday night football games at Adams High School. My two oldest sons are married, and I am proud of my wonderful daughters-in-law and of my two beautiful granddaughters.
Since moving to the Rochester area, I have been an active member of St. John Fisher Chapel University Parish.
I am an active member at St. John Fisher Chapel University Parish, and I am involved in the Worship/Liturgical Planning and Companion Ministries. I also volunteer at the HOPE Warming Center, and I volunteer during the week of hosting guests from South Oakland Shelter.
I enjoy spending time with my husband and our friends...love to dine out at any of the venues in the Rochester area. Although I don't have lots of "free" time, I do enjoy reading and I can easily get lost in a good mystery!
