Rochester Real Estate Listings and Information

Can you come out to play? We hope so!

Rochester has an abundance of great parks, playgrounds, dog parks (squirrel!), and the popular Paint Creek Trail. As a matter of fact, the 8.9 mile recreational trail is one of the most loved features by residents and visitors alike. It stretches from Rochester to Lake Orion and is frequented by walkers, runners, bikers, and the occasional horseback rider.

Residents have a strong sense of community, and gather for frequent events such as the Arts & Apples Festival in the fall and Michigan’s largest Christmas parade in December. And crowds flock to see the switch thrown on the spectacular Big Bright Light Show every year.

Rochester’s main street is lined with fine dining, art galleries, shopping and…sheep! The “Ewe Review” features the city’s mascot every few blocks decked out in a different motif.

The city has several noteworthy historical buildings such as Meadowbrook Hall (home to members of the Dodge family), the Stoney Creek Historical district, and Van Hoosen Farm.

Rochester’s rolling hills are dotted with beautiful neighborhoods both old and new . The area is culturally diverse and the Rochester School District is well-respected.

Features like close proximity to major highways, an open-air mall (the Village of Rochester Hills), Crittenton Hospital, Oakland University and its new William Beaumont School of Medicine make it an attractive place to call home.
