Welcome to my Website

Welcome to the exciting (and sometimes nerve racking) world of real estate and thank you for reading my website!  I am excited to work for Coldwell Banker Weir Manuel, and help with all of your real estate needs.

I've been a resident in Southeastern Michigan for most of my life, particularly the beautiful Lakes area (Waterford, Commerce, Walled Lake, West Bloomfield, White Lake).

As well, I am a real estate investor with rental properties in Waterford.

As a homeowner, and investor, I understand the different needs when buying or selling homes.

I look forward to meeting you, and taking care of your real estate needs!

Thank you,

Sandra Daw

Personal Interests

I was born in England and grew up primarily in Waterford and West Bloomfield.

During my career, I have lived in Germany and Mexico.  I also travelled throughout the U.S. and globally as well.

After 20+ years in Automotive working for OEM's and Tier One's, I made the leap into full-time real estate in early 2016.

Real estate is a passion of mine that I love to share with my clients as we find their perfect home or sell their home for something new.

Thank you!

Personal Background

I grew up in Waterford, and West Bloomfield, so am very comfortable in those areas.  My friends live everywhere in Southeastern MI, from Harrison Township to Novi, and Metamora to Palmer Woods, Detroit.  I love to drive through the areas, and get a feel of the surroundings (and see what houses are for sale!).

Due to family ties in the Grosse Pointes, I'm familiar with those areas as well as parts of St. Clair Shores, and Harrison Township - basically anything along the water.

For me, living by or on the water is fantastic - have beach and boat, and you're on vacation!  Plus during the winter, people ice skate, ice fish, play hockey.

Professional Background

For the past 20 years, I've worked in the automotive industry, primarily as a buyer in the Purchasing department.  I've worked for Lear Corporation, Continental Automotive (SiemensVDO), and General Motors.

Giving Back to the Community

I usually volunteer where I can be active.  That includes packing food at Food Banks, or helping to build nature trails.

I'm also a member of a sorority alumnal association - The Greater Flint Area Alumni Association of Theta Phi Alpha.

Coldwell Banker Weir Manuel also continually sponsors charitable organizations which I become involved either through gift donations or time.  This includes an annual pet adoption event co-sponsored by the West Bloomfield Parks and Recreation, and a summertime event at Marshbank Park in West Bloomfield.

You are about to make the largest financial decision of your life!

A real estate agent is there to help by listening and understanding your needs and wants.

I can help!

Selling a home:  I provide an in depth market analysis to calculate your home value plus help to market your property.  I want to sell your home, not have it sit on the market.

Buying a home:  I suggest homes based on your wants/ needs.  When visiting properties, I guide you through aspects of the home so you can make an informed decision.

Either buying or selling, I am there for you throughout the entire process to make it as easy and painless as possible.

My reward is a happy client.
