Let me tell you a little bit about myself my name is Matt White, I started selling real estate in 2008 in a very bad market but learned quickly that it takes a lot of hard work and sacrifice to make a real estate career successful. I have been in the top 10 percent of real estate agents over the last 5 years of my career. This success has come due to my growing experience and my love for helping people. Helping my clients has always been the motivating factor and passion of my career. When you give in life you get, it’s as simple as that.
In 2017 I made the move to Coldwell Banker Weir Manuel to expand my business and build a team which I did with the addition of a Business Development Coordinator to assist me with my growing business.

We’re writing this about 14 months later than we’d have liked. If we WERE to have an excuse, it’d be moving across the country and having a second baby girl! ?? ...But the appreciation and gratefulness we have for Matt still remains to this day.
Matt sold a few of our friends houses for them, so we knew he would be the guy we’d call when we were ready to sell ours. Matt came over late in May 2017 to look at our house. He told us to finish a few outstanding projects as well as ways we could spruce up the curb appeal before putting our house on the market. He gave us a listing price that far exceeded our expectations, so we were excited to do the things he told us to in order to get that price. Over the next month, Matt checked in with us to see how things were progressing, as he didn’t want us to miss a summer selling window. Once the projects were complete, Matt came over and took some beautiful photos of our home, and had the listing published that afternoon. Immediately we had several showing requests for the following day.
Within less than 24 hours, we had a full price offer on our home. We were ecstatic. Matt held our (first time selling) hands through the negotiations and finally the closing process in August 2017.
Matt was upfront and honest with us and didn’t beat around any bushes when giving us truthful and accurate information regarding the sale of our home. We know we made the right decision in choosing him to sell our home in Saline.
We’ve been in touch with Matt over the past year and have checked in with him (and he with us!) regularly. If we’re ever back in southeast Michigan looking for another home, Matt is our guy!
